Using Call Recording on iOS 18.1

Be aware that the beta version may contain bugs and issues, so it's essential to back up your iPhone before proceeding with the installation of the iOS 18.1 developer beta. Now, let’s explore how to record calls using the new beta.

  1. Initiate a call through the Phone app.
  2. During the call, tap the record button located in the top-left corner.
  3. A notification will inform you that "This call will be recorded," indicating that the recording is active.

Your recorded calls will be saved in the Notes app for easy access. You will have the ability to listen to the recordings and can also obtain a complete transcript or a concise summary of the conversation.
